| Flights: We do fly puppies all over the US and Canada along with many other countries. Shipping is 300.00 (US shipping only, out of the country fees varies). This fee includes the required health certificate from our Vet., crate, flight, blanket, toy, travel dishes, a small bag of puppy kibble. Puppies can usually fly about 10 weeks or so depending on how well they have weaned from their mommas. Smaller ones will need to remain with us for up to 12-14 weeks. We have had great success with airlines and the way they handle our puppies. I have seen puppies stressed out more from an extended car ride then a plane ride, there are less bumps, turns, and stops. Motion sickness is extremely minimal when flown and once your puppy is out of the carrier, you will notice all the energy built up as they already want to run and play. Car rides are longer, cause stress sickness, and a longer period of re-cooping. Flying also is limited to the weather. In California, we have rarely dealt with restrictions due to weather but it is the other states who may be to hot or to cold, generally, if over 80 degrees, your pup cannot fly. We are how ever, able to ship during the evening when it is cooler or over night flights, which I prefer. You are also able to fly into Sacramento international Airport and come to our home to pick up your puppy or we would be happy to meet you at the airport if you have a quick turn around time. Local Pick-Up: We have quite a few families in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, San Francisco, LA, etc. etc. If you are one of these and don't want your puppy shipped, we do offer a "1/2 way" meet. The charge is from 40.00 on up depending on distance. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable; we require a 250.00 deposit to hold your puppy of choice. If something happens to your puppy in our care, you can decide if you want a different puppy, have pick of the next litters, or get refunded. If you decide not to get your puppy do to reasons of your own, we will not refund your deposit. We will however, hold it for a future pup when you are ready. Please view our sales contact and warranty. You must email, fax (530-693-4738), or mail our sales contract to us and it must be received within 3 business days. Making your deposit: Once you have decided on which puppy you want, you will need to phone/email us and let us know about you and your family, how your puppy will be living and what are your expectations for your puppy, this is the perfect time to ask us questions as well. Once we both agree your puppy will fit into your life style, we will need to receive your deposit within 3 days (Check or money order sent priority mail with tracking, Visa or Mastercard), please include a signed sales contract (can be found on the front page) or fax it to 530-693-4738. We will NOT mark your puppy "Pending" until you email us with the tracking# or until we get confirmation that your credit card payment has gone through. Once we receive your deposit we will move your puppy to our "Sold Page" so you can continue to watch them grow. We do offer a 5% discount if you pay for your puppy in full (on nursery puppies only). This is on the puppy price only NOT the shipping cost. Cannot be paid by credit card. Wire transfer, deposit into our account, or check accepted for the 5% discount Methods of payment: We accept money orders, personal checks, bank cashier check, wire transfer, Walmart moneygram and Visa/Mastercard or you can deposit into our Wells Fargo Bank account, oh and of course cash :) . If paying by credit card, we will need your signed sales contract faxed to us at 530-693-4738 Final payment: Once your puppy is old enough to travel, and you are ready to make your final payment, these are your options: Personal check must be received 10 days prior to the puppy leaving, money order or bank cashiers check needs to be received 5 days prior to your puppy leaving and Visa/Mastercard must be made 3 days prior to puppy leaving. We have held puppies for a short period of time if if their new home is not quite ready for them yet but they must be paid for in full. So if you have a vacation planned or an emergency pops up around the time your puppy is ready to go, we will be happy to hold your puppy with no additional fees but you must make your final payment at the time it would normally be made. We do not charge boarding fees like many other breeders do but we will charge you any additional vaccines the puppy may need during the extended time here and that fee will be at cost no mark up. Discounts on multiple puppy purchases: We do offer discounts if you would like to add 2 puppies to your home. If the puppy is priced 1000.00 and below, we offer a 50.00 discount on one of the puppy prices. If the puppy is priced over 1000.00 then a 100.00 discount on one of the puppy prices. Shipping for 2 puppies in one crate is 350.00 total. That is if both puppies are under 6 months of age. If you pay for both puppies in full at time of purchase, you will qualify for the 5% off cost of puppies after the multi-puppy discount is applied. Return Customers: Return customers also get a discount. 50.00 off each puppy purchase priced 1000.00 and under or 100.00 off any puppy priced over 1000.00. Registration: We offer limited or full AKC rights. If you would like "Full" AKC, (gives you the right to breed and register the puppies) it will depend on the puppy you are interested in. ALL puppy papers will carry "Fancy Paws" in their registration name. Limited AKC registration papers will be given after proof of spay or neuter. Full AKC is an additional 200.00. Limited AKC papers are free with your puppy on registered dogs. As of 2/2011 - When we email you regarding your puppy being ready to go and do not hear from you for a period not to exceed 14 consecutive days, we will assume you are forfeiting ownership of the puppy to us and all funds received to date. It is imperative that you make sure we have ALL contact information current for you as we will make every effort to communicate with you regarding your puppy being ready to go. Switching of puppies: If you feel the puppy you have chosen isn't quite what you had hoped for, you are free to switch your deposit to a different puppy up to 7 weeks of age. After 7 weeks of age we will not allow switching. Excludes puppies we are posting for friends, no switching to friend's puppies from our puppies at anytime.
